Providing the sun shines, Howell Farm farmers and their equine helpers will
be mowing, raking and pitching hay.

From 10:00am-4:00pm, visitors can watch, photograph and even help as farmers work in hayfields and put loose hay in the mow of a barn with a pulley-operated hayfork. Mow filling and raking operations will take place during the morning; mowing and hayloading are planned during the afternoon.

Lunch and refreshments will be served in the farmhouse kitchen beginning at 11:30 am.
